| We had our christmas party at work tonight. It was nice...the ambiance stunk though-it was inside Home Depot. I didn't win any prizes, but I did get a $20 walmart gift card, and a good dinner before I left. | | |
| Just wanted to say HI! Jess and I did a little shopping yesterday...now I have to go without her so I can get HER stuff. This might sound weird to some, but pray for my car! It's smoking sometimes, and I don't know where it's coming from. All the lights and controls are telling me it's fine  . I'm going to call the mechanic today and see when I can take it to have it checked. I'm praying it's just something dripping on a hot part. | | |
| Working AGAIN today...Jess was at the ranch overnight. She had a meeting to go to today. I miss her when she's not here. She's my buddy.  I guess I better get ready for work...last day until I get a day off! yay! | | |
| Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving. Jess says I have to "update" my exanga...so I am. We had a nice Thanksgiving...the power went off two hours before we ate dinner, but that was okay. I have a gas stove. It was all good  . The sad thing was that one of our neighbors' had their home catch on fire and there had to be around a dozen fire trucks outside all night. They live about three houses up from us. They were away, but the dog was still in the house. The neighbor who was watching the dog went in and got him out. Now that's a good neighbor! The firetrucks were back the this morning at 8am when I was going to work. It must have re-ignited.
It was 'BLACK FRIDAY' at work today... . The Home Depot was jumpin'(for a change). That's enough about work...I don't want to think about the place until I have to!

| Zach's all better now. He went to a dance last night and had a nice time. He's not talking alot about it...(wouldn't be cool you know).
I have just been working all this week...thrilling ,huh? yeah. I get tomorrow off though. There's a bright spot! Tomorrow I will be going to Greensburg to meet a new cousin that I didn't know I had. He was put up for adoption when he was a baby by one of my aunts. He has been looking for his biological family for decades and finally found us! Cool. I talked to him a couple of times so far and he seems like a very nice person. Very sweet. Turns out that he's been very close in distance all these years. He was a policeman in Wall and I worked in Wall...I'm so happy for him. I can't imagine not knowing who you are, or why you look like you do. I would want to know about my medical background, etc. They used to burn any records you had, so he had NOTHING to go on.
